[Birthday Photos]Our little boy has turned one and boy did he enjoy the celebration. His Aunt Teala flew in for the occassion (and a vacation) plus we had the Mauery's (Vernon, Lauren, Nicole & Nathan) and the Conacher's (Chris & Patty) over for cake, ice cream, and the present opening. For a 1 year old he really did rake the presents in. He got blocks, cd's, cars, car keys, a little chair, a "tool" truck, books, and his train engine that dad made him [dvhart's blog]. He also got money for his college savings and lots of adoring attention.

He loved his birthday cake and made quite the mess with it. He is defineitly in the right family as he loves chocolate cake. It was a great celebration and fun was had by all.

Aunt Teala stayed up for 4 days and helped him break-in all his new toys. In return he made sure it rained to whole time she was here so that she would stay inside and paly with him all day. We did take a day trip out to Cannon Beach & Seaside and it poured nearly the whole time. We walked on the beach for 5-10 minutes and got soaking wet, went to Mo's for their famous clam cowder & hot chocolate. Even with the rain we had a lot of fun & Devon loved all the attention from his favorite Auntie Teala. He also got himself posted on The Lee Family web page.
